Helping Kenyan Youth Discover Their Calling

Through Sports, Mentorship & Ministry

A Vision That Starts on Dusty Fields… and Leads to Purpose

In the heart of rural Kenya, teenagers gather on dirt fields, barefoot, full of talent, and bursting with dreams. But without guidance, many feel stuck. College feels out of reach. Hope gets dim.

Table For All Nations is here to change that.

We believe every young person deserves the chance to discover who they are, grow in confidence,

and live a life of purpose.

That’s why we use the power of sports, mentorship, and ministry to help youth rise, with their heads held high and hearts full of vision.

Meet John: The Heart Behind the Vision

Hi, I’m John Nguru, founder of Table For All Nations. I grew up in Kenya and know firsthand the challenges so many young people face, feeling lost, lacking resources, and unsure of their worth.

Sports and spiritual guidance changed the trajectory of my life. Now I’m passionate about helping the next generation see their value, pursue their gifts, and walk a path of purpose.

This work is not charity. It’s partnership.
It’s an invitation to believe in potential, and to invest in hope.

Thank you for walking with us.

Nelson Mandela once said, “The youth of today are the leaders of tomorrow.” He knew that within every young person lies the spark of a brighter future.

At Table For All Nations, we believe that when we uplift and invest in youth, we don’t just change one life, we ignite a ripple of hope across an entire nation.

With mentorship, faith, and opportunity, we are raising up a new generation of leaders who will carry forward Mandela’s dream of peace, purpose, and possibility.

Every child deserves to be seen. Every teen deserves someone to say: “I believe in you.”

Without direction or support, many of these teens end up vulnerable to drugs or destructive choices, not because they don’t care, but because they don’t see another path. At Table for All Nations, we’re working to change that story, by showing them what’s possible and helping them believe they’re worth it.
